the room was new-fashioned, neat and with kitchen. the best part were the helpful staff. the hotel's location was central, in the very center.

We enjoyed the view of the Neva River from our window, just like the late Tsar. it was a great value for the money.

Great for Exploring

The hotel was conveniently located and provided easy access to all the major tourist attractions. We enjoyed the comfortable and clean rooms provided, they were just what we needed after a busy day of exploring. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and always available to help with any request we had.

Our stay at this hotel was not without its problems. The room we were given faced the street and it was extremely noisy, making it difficult to sleep.

Spending xmas in the city was such a treat, especially because of the complementary hot cocoa and gingerbread cookies offered in the lobby. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short stroll away from all the Christmas markets and lights. The view from our room showed the most amazing view of the river!

The one negative aspect of our stay was the noise level. Sound insulation was lacking, and we could hear everything from the hallways, the rooms next door, and the street below.
